Motivations and Experiences of students enrolled in GEN programmes

This study explores the experience of a cohort of students enrolled in the Master of Nursing Science (MNSc) at four educational providers in New Zealand and Australia. Using a longitudinal case study design informed by Yin (2012). The aim of this project is to both explore the motivation for students enrolling in and their experiences of  GEN programmes. Two areas of interest are:

 ·       Students' reason for becoming a nurse

·       Students’ reflections at one,  two years (end of their degree) and after the first year of practice as a new graduate.
